Only a Club Administrator can create a tryout campaign.
1

Switch to Club Administrator

Confirm the identity card shows Club Administrator and the correct club. Open Tryouts.
2

Start a campaign

Click Create Campaign. The wizard has four steps: Details, Events, Publish, and Applicants.
3

Fill in details

The campaign is named for your club. Set optional signup open and close dates. Signup close must be on or after signup open.
4

Add gym sessions

A published signup needs at least one event. For each session, set start and end times and a gym address. Session name and capacity are optional.
5

Publish the signup

When the campaign and events are ready, click Publish signup. Use Copy public link to share a URL that athletes and parents can open without signing in.The public link looks like https://app.volleyballoperatingsystem.com/y/{campaign-id}/. Families see the team list, gym sessions, and athlete form — they do not need an account.
Public tryout form with team dropdown and gym session area

What families see on the public signup link. Add gym sessions before they can submit.

Signup stays closed until you publish. Athletes who open the link before publish, or outside the open/close window, see that signup is not open.
After people apply, use Review applicants to set status, send offers, and roster selected athletes.
