Open Training

Switch to Club Administrator. Open Training.

Add seats if you need them

Buy Academy seats when none remain. After Stripe Checkout succeeds, remaining seats update so you can enroll people.

Enroll selected people

Check the parents or referees who are not enrolled yet, then click Enroll selected. Teachable emails each person a login.
Open VOS Academy opens academy.volleyballoperatingsystem.com in a new tab. The Enrolled table shows student, email, course, enroll date, and progress.
A Referee acting as themselves still sees Training as a placeholder. Enrollment is done by Club Administrator.
