Profile

Name, date of birth, phone, timezone, and calendar subscribe live on this page. Email is read-only. Contact support if you need a different email address. Scheduling reminder checkboxes sit under email and phone.

Security

Optional authenticator-app MFA lives under Security.

Configure MFA

Click Configure MFA. If VOS asks you to sign in again, complete that one-time step so it can change MFA settings.

Add the authenticator

Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, or type the key by hand. Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify and turn on.

Turn it off later

When MFA is on, Security says it is enabled. Use Disable MFA if you want it off.
Logout sits with Security. See Logout.

Roles

Your assigned roles are listed here. Add Role at the top right of that list requests another role (for example Club Administrator or Athletic Director). VOS approves requests before the role appears on the identity card.

Tryout payouts

Club administrators see Tryout payouts on Settings. Families pay tryout fees in VOS; the club receives its share after Stripe Checkout. Click Set up payouts to finish Stripe onboarding for the club on your identity card. When payouts are ready, you can Manage payouts. You must complete this before you publish a paid tryout.

Calendar

Add to Calendar subscribes Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar to your VOS feed. See Sync your VOS Calendar.
