Create Tournament now has a Championship playoff for every seeding pool shape from 7 to 12 teams, ranking 1st through last.Seven-team is 4+3. Eight-team is 4+4. Nine-team is 3+3+3 or 5+4. Ten-team is 4+3+3, 3+3+4, or 5+5. Eleven-team is 4+4+3, 4+3+4, or 3+4+4. Twelve-team is 3+3+3+3 or 4+4+4. Package names include the pool shape so they match Teams. Pool winners still meet in GOLD, not in the opening round.

After the last pool row, the clock steps by the playoff length for GOLD and the rest of the bracket. Pay & Publish writes those reservation lengths onto the draft timeslots.

Club administrators review applicants after gym sessions; athletes can accept or decline an offer from VOS or from buttons in the offer email.Tryout mail does not use scheduling consent. VOS Calendar referee events are now titled Referee Assignment. Team names sit in the event body when the matchup is known, including playoff matches once those sides are filled in.Google Calendar can take a while to pick up feed changes. Until it refreshes, an older title like Refereeing C1 v C3 may still show. Open the event to see tournament, match, teams, venue, and court.

The public tournament Referees tab is gone. Host PTSO administrators and allocators assign officials from Schedule, and referees for that event can read every allocation in the same grid.Match cells show 1st and 2nd referee under the game label when you are allowed to see them. Club administrators can now run tryouts as a multi-step campaign: draft the campaign, add gym sessions, publish a public signup link, set selection status, and promote selected athletes onto the roster.Athletes and parents see their applications and results in the app. Selection emails and texts go through the shared mail and SMS APIs, and only to people who consented. Public signup stays closed until the campaign has at least one event.

Athlete roles show club and team in the switcher, not jersey number or position.

Settings now has one-click subscribe for Apple Calendar and Google Calendar. The personal feed stays in sync with your team matches and referee assignments.The feed URL is unique to your account. Anyone who has it can read that schedule, so treat it like a password. You can add it again from Settings if you need a fresh subscription.
