# Parent

> What you can do in VOS as a Parent.

Switch to **Parent** on the identity card. The role is scoped to a team.

## What you can do

* [Sign up for a tryout](/athletes/sign-up-for-a-tryout) from a public club link (no account required)
* [Respond to an offer](/athletes/respond-to-an-offer)
* See tryout status for yourself and your children under **Tryouts**
* Open **Schedule** for your child's matches

You can hold a Parent role and another role (for example Club Administrator) on the same account. Check the identity card before you start work.
