# Sync your VOS Calendar

> Subscribe to your VOS schedule in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

**Settings** has a Calendar section with **Add to Calendar**. Use it to subscribe to a live VOS Calendar feed in Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Apple Calendar. New and changed matches keep showing up in that calendar instead of a one-time download.

The feed belongs to your account, not the role on your identity card. It includes your team matches and referee assignments together.

## What appears on the calendar

Each event is a match you are on, with the start time and length from the tournament schedule.

* Team matches are titled with the match label and the two teams, for example Match 101: Team A vs Team B. If a side is not known yet, that side shows as TBD.
* Referee assignments are titled **Referee Assignment**. Team names sit in the event body when the matchup is known, including playoff matches once those sides are filled in.
* Open an event for tournament, match, venue, teams, court, phase, and format. The location is the venue address.

A cancelled match stays on the calendar as cancelled so it does not linger at the old time.

## If Google looks out of date

Google Calendar can take a while to pick up feed changes. Until it refreshes, an older title or time may still show. Open the event to see the current tournament, match, teams, venue, and court.

## If you do not see Add to Calendar

Settings says **No calendar feed is set up for your account yet** when your account does not have a feed. You cannot subscribe until that feed exists.

**Schedule** in the app is still the live list for the role on your identity card. See [Schedule](/athletes/schedule).
