# Enroll people in VOS Academy

> Buy Academy seats and enroll parents or referees in the scoresheet course.

**Training** is for a [Club Administrator](/clubs/overview). Use it to enroll parents linked to the club in the VOS Academy scoresheet course.

  <Step title="Open Training">
    Switch to Club Administrator. Open **Training**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add seats if you need them">
    Buy Academy seats when none remain. After Stripe Checkout succeeds, remaining seats update so you can enroll people.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enroll selected people">
    Check the parents or referees who are not enrolled yet, then click **Enroll selected**. Teachable emails each person a login.

**Open VOS Academy** opens [academy.volleyballoperatingsystem.com](https://academy.volleyballoperatingsystem.com/) in a new tab. The Enrolled table shows student, email, course, enroll date, and progress.

  A Referee acting as themselves still sees Training as a placeholder. Enrollment is done by Club Administrator.
